My story
In 1999, I embarked on my career in the medical field as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN). My aspiration was to work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and I subsequently pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to advance my career. After seven years of experience in the ICU, I transitioned to the field of anesthesia and became a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
In my personal life, while working as a nurse, I acquired several rental properties. However, the responsibilities associated with maintenance and the challenges of tenant management prompted me to explore alternative options. Approximately five years ago, I discovered multifamily syndications and have since become a Limited Partner in 4 deals across Texas, Georgia, and Maryland.
